At Autostyling Klerksdorp, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return and exchange window for all unworn merchandise.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive your official Return Authorization code.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all Autostyling Klerksdorp tags still attached before sealing them in the original shipping bag.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier point or bring it directly to our Klerksdorp storefront.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange size within 3-5 business days.
